Hey Church Fam! We would love to invite you to our biweekly Youth Meetings held every other Friday night at 6:30pm! Come join us as we fellowship and support one other as brothers and sisters in Christ, as well as learn about the gospel of Jesus Christ and all the promises and blessings He has for you!
Our mission is to encourage a generation of disciples to walk in the fullness of our new lives in Christ.
"Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new." - 2 Corinthians 5:17
Not only this, but we want to encourage and support each other as we are children of God and family as one body in Christ.
"Just as He chose us in Him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before Him in love, having predestined us to adoption as sons by Jesus Christ to Himself, according to the good pleasure of His will," - Ephesians 1:4-5
Additionally, we want to encourage a generation of believers to not only walk in the life of God, but to understand their inheritance through Christ's sacrifice, as well as God's unfailing promises for you.
"In Him also we have obtained an inheritance, being predestined according to the purpose of Him who works all things according to the counsel of His will, that we who first trusted in Christ should be to the praise of His glory. In Him you also trusted, after you heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation; in whom also, having believed, you were sealed with the Holy Spirit of promise, who is the guarantee of our inheritance until the redemption of the purchased possession, to the praise of His glory." - Ephesians 1:11-14

Meet Kenneth and Bailee Overbay, our Youth Leaders! Kenneth and Bailee have been at BOC for over 3 years and are involved in various ministries in the church, including Kenneth leading our Men's Ministry and Bailee leading our Expressive Worship Ministry. Kenneth and Bailee met at Branches of Christ and knew it was a match made by the Lord, having been married since September of 2023. Kenneth and Bailee have also been ordained as ministers of the gospel in August of 2024 by our very own Pastor Earlene and our late Pastor Joe Simpson. In their free time, Kenneth and Bailee enjoy everything to do with the outdoors as they both love to hike, hunt, and go camping!

Every year in June our youth leaders/youth head to Barbourville, KY for the annual youth camp held at the Appalachian Children's Home. It is a week of camp filled with services, volunteering, fun, and a move of the Holy Spirit amongst our youth! We pray you can join us next time we go!
